We believe in strong collaboration between our schools and encourage our staff to support and challenge each other.  Staff are encouraged to engage in school reviews working alongside and learning with colleagues.  We offer an extensive professional development programme tailored to the needs of our schools, whilst also reflection current education initiatives.

In addition to bespoke support for each school, we offer school to school support to ensure that all our resources are shared throughout everyone; so no child will go without. Our incredible staff can offer brilliant experience and training to anyone who needs it.
