Working alongside Headteachers, senior leaders and school teams, the central team helps build capacity, strengthen systems and ensure that schools can access high-quality support in the areas that matter most.

Headteachers and senior leaders are responsible for the day-to-day leadership of their schools, while also contributing to the wider development of the Trust through collaboration, shared practice and collective improvement.

Each school retains its own identity, context and priorities, supported by the capacity and expertise of the wider MAST family.
