The MAST Centre Team is a highly effective resource that supports our schools across a range of key operational and strategic areas, including Finance, Human Resources, Estates and Procurement.
By centralising expertise and resources, the Centre Team delivers value for money, ensures strong governance and compliance, and promotes collaboration and continuous improvement across the Trust.

Deputy CFO
Tegan Godfrey is the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at the Medway Anglican Schools Trust. She supports the Trust’s financial management and operational planning, helping to ensure strong financial systems and effective use of resources across all schools.
Tegan Godfrey is the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at the Medway Anglican Schools Trust, where she plays a key role in supporting the Trust’s financial leadership and ensuring the effective day-to-day management of its financial operations. She works closely with the Chief Financial Officer and school leaders to maintain robust financial systems that support the Trust’s strategic priorities.
Tegan brings valuable experience in education finance and operational management, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. She supports core financial processes including budgeting, financial reporting, audit preparation, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that financial systems operate effectively across the Trust.
She works collaboratively with school leaders and administrative teams to provide guidance, build financial confidence, and ensure consistent and effective financial practices. Her role helps ensure that schools are well-supported and able to manage their resources efficiently.
