    The MAST Centre Team is a highly effective resource that supports our schools across a range of key operational and strategic areas, including Finance, Human Resources, Estates and Procurement.

    By centralising expertise and resources, the Centre Team delivers value for money, ensures strong governance and compliance, and promotes collaboration and continuous improvement across the Trust.

    Lenny Williams

    Director of Education

    Lenny Williams is the Director of Education at the Medway Anglican Schools Trust. He leads the Trust’s education strategy, supporting school leaders to secure high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes across all schools.

    Lenny Williams is the Director of Education at the Medway Anglican Schools Trust, where he provides strategic leadership for teaching, learning, curriculum, and school improvement across the Trust. He works closely with headteachers and senior leaders to ensure that every school delivers high-quality education and achieves strong outcomes for all pupils.

    Lenny brings extensive experience in educational leadership and school improvement, having held senior roles focused on raising standards, developing leadership capacity, and improving the quality of teaching and learning. He is passionate about supporting leaders and teachers to create ambitious, inclusive learning environments where every child can succeed.

    In his role, Lenny oversees the Trust’s approach to curriculum development, assessment, professional development, and school improvement. He works collaboratively with school leaders to identify strengths, address challenges, and ensure continuous improvement across the Trust.

    He is committed to developing confident, skilled leaders and ensuring that staff at all levels are supported to deliver excellent teaching. Lenny’s work plays a key role in ensuring that the Trust’s schools provide a high-quality, inclusive education that enables all pupils to thrive and reach their full potential.
