Natalie Hobbs is the Director of Human Resources at the Medway Anglican Schools Trust. She leads the Trust’s people strategy, ensuring high-quality support for staff, strong organisational culture, and effective HR systems that enable schools and leaders to focus on delivering excellent education.

She works closely with school leaders and the Trust executive team to provide expert guidance on recruitment, employee relations, organisational change, safeguarding, compliance, and workforce development.

Natalie plays a key role in developing policies, systems, and professional development opportunities that strengthen leadership capacity and support sustainable school improvement.
