Director of HR
Natalie Hobbs is the Director of Human Resources at the Medway Anglican Schools Trust, where she provides strategic leadership for all aspects of the Trust’s people management and organisational development. She is responsible for ensuring that the Trust attracts, develops, and retains talented staff, and that HR systems and practices support both operational excellence and staff wellbeing.
Natalie brings significant experience in human resources within the education sector, with a strong understanding of the complexities of school environments and the importance of effective people leadership. She works closely with school leaders and the Trust executive team to provide expert guidance on recruitment, employee relations, organisational change, safeguarding, compliance, and workforce development.
She is committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive working environment where staff feel valued, empowered, and able to perform at their best. Natalie plays a key role in developing policies, systems, and professional development opportunities that strengthen leadership capacity and support sustainable school improvement.
