In accordance with paragraph 2.29 of the Academy Trust Handbook 2025, academy trusts must publish the number of employees whose total benefits exceeded £100,000 during the previous year ended 31 August, shown in £10,000 bandings.

For this purpose, total benefits include salary, employer pension contributions, other taxable benefits and termination payments. Relevant off-payroll arrangements must also be included where payments for an individual’s work exceed £100,000.
