We currently work across 8 schools in Kent and Medway. Many of our schools have faced significant challenges in the past and have successfully improved over time.
Our schools vary in size, demographics and location, providing rich opportunities for collaboration and a wide range of experiences and perspectives.
We work closely with our schools and capitalise on improvements through strong alignment across many educational and operational areas. At the same time, we ensure that all of our schools retain their unique identities and, where applicable, their Christian ethos. This balance of strong collaboration and individuality has enabled us to improve provision collectively while sharing best practice from across the trust.
As a trust, we have seen continuous improvement in academic outcomes in recent years, alongside positive external evaluations from Ofsted and SIAMS. While we are clear that our work is never driven by external validation alone, it is always encouraging when the hard work of our schools is recognised.
We are proud of all our schools and remain committed to supporting them to be the very best they can be for their local communities.
